Orders will be processed in the order of arrival. On average, the orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the moment an automatic order confirmation is sent. The shipping usually takes 2–3 weekdays (Finland) and 7–14 days if you live elsewhere.

Shipping costs in Finland starting from 5,90 € (home delivery 10,00 €).
Shipping costs to other countries 6,90€ - 19,90 €.
Local pickup, Kursonkatu 4: Free

The shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method and are displayed when the order is being made.

Free delivery within EU for orders over 150 €.

14-day full cancellation and return policy calculated from the day on which the products are received.

Åland email orders are paid for by invoice, after which the order will be sent.

The available delivery methods are:
Pick up from Post office, pick up from parcel locker, Posti's home delivery, pick up from PostNord MyPack location, pick up from Matkahuolto and UPS. We ship orders to Norway with Bring. All delivery methods are not available in every country. You can see the available delivery methods at the checkout when you have provided your address details.

The online shop observes any discounts and offers related to the shipping costs automatically when the order is being made.
