www.kivatshop.com is an online shop, which is managed by Agtuvi Oy and where Agtuvi Oy, business ID 0153199-7, is the seller of the goods. These terms of delivery will be applied to the sales relationship between Agtuvi Oy and the customers of its online shop. These terms of delivery will remain valid until further notice. Agtuvi Oy reserves the right to make changes to these terms of delivery without preliminary notification.
Agtuvi Oy cannot be held responsible for any damage that results from a force majeure situation. A force majeure situation is an unforeseeable event or change in circumstances that is beyond the control of Agtuvi Oy, including a strike or some other industrial action, natural disasters, social unrest, or other exceptional circumstances. Agtuvi Oy must notify the customer of the force majeure situation without undue delay.
www.kivatshop.com sells products and services to private persons over the age of 18 years. At the present time, orders can be placed from the following countries: Finland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

The valid Finnish legislation and the EU consumer protection legislation are applied to business to consumer transactions. These terms of delivery will not be applied to the extent that they restrict the rights of the consumer laid down in mandatory legislation.
The estimated time of delivery is provided based on the information provided by the material supplier and production. The sales contract becomes binding when the customer has accepted these terms of delivery and the order has been logged into Agtuvi Oy’s system.
Customer data is stored in Agtuvi Oy’s customer register. The data contained in this register is used to maintain and manage the customer relationship. The privacy notice required by the Personal Data Act can be viewed HERE. Customers can inspect the data concerning themselves by contacting the Kivatshop customer service: email@example.com.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Product prices are provided in euros (EUR) and include the value added tax of the country in which the order is being placed (the valid rate of VAT varies by country; in Finland, the current rate is 24%). The prices exclude shipping costs unless otherwise has been specifically stated. The prices specified at www.kivatshop.com when the order is placed will apply throughout the entire purchase process. Agtuvi Oy reserves the right to make changes to the prices and shipping costs. Any changes made to the prices and shipping costs will only apply to orders that are placed after the said changes take effect.
Agtuvi Oy reserves the right to cancel the order in situations where there is a clear error in the pricing. In online sales, a clear error in the pricing means a situation where the price of the product deviates clearly and significantly from the actual price (e.g., the price of the product is €0.00). In such cases, the price deviates from the actual price so clearly that the customer is deemed to understand that the price is not correct.
Agtuvi Oy reserves the right to restrict the sale of the products in exceptionally large batches.
No unilateral cancellation right is granted to products that have been made or ordered specifically based on customer wishes. Any expenses related to such orders will be charged to the customer in full in connection to cancellations.
We cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your screen are a true representation of the colors of the actual product. The colors displayed on the screen depend on the settings of the device that is used to browse the online shop.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
The accepted payment methods of the online shop are Shopify Payment, PayPal and Paytrail.
All of the following payment methods below are not available in every country. You can see the available payment methods at the checkout when you have provided your address details.
The payment processor is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. under the laws of Ireland, which is a provider of technical services and can provide services as a representative of one or more financial institutions in Finland.
Shopify Payments supports the following payment methods:
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
You can also pay your order by using PayPal. At the checkout, you will be taken directly to the PayPal website to make the payment. You can create a PayPal account if you are a new user. In the case of customer returns, we will credit the purchase price to your PayPal account if you made the payment through PayPal.

The payment service is implemented and provided by Paytrail in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail has the permit to operate as a payment institution. In the case of complaints, you should principally contact the customer service of our online shop:firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of customer returns, we will credit the purchase price to your through Paytrail.

5. DELIVERY METHODS
Orders will be processed in the order of arrival. On average, the orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the moment an automatic order confirmation is sent. The shipping usually takes 2–3 weekdays(in Finland) and 7–14 days if you live elsewhere. If the products cannot be delivered because we are out of stock or the delivery is delayed for some other reason,we will notify the customer of this by email.
Agtuvi Oy cannot be held responsible for any damage that results from exceeding the estimated time of delivery.
The available delivery methods are:
Pick up from Post office, pick up from parcel locker, Posti's home delivery, pick up from PostNord MyPack location and UPS. All delivery methods are not available in every country. You can see the available delivery methods at the checkout when you have provided your address details.
The shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method and are displayed when the order is being made. The online shop observes any discounts and offers related to the shipping costs automatically when the order is being made.
6. PRODUCT RETURNS
Remember to always inspect the products immediately when the package arrives and before taking them into use or washing them. If there is an error in the product or delivery, please contact our customer service without undue delay: email@example.com.
The products ordered by the customer are subject to a 14-day full cancellation and return policy calculated from the day on which the products are received. If the customer is not satisfied with the order they have made and returns the entire order, the price of the order will be refunded in full. If the customer only returns some of the products, shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the package is not collected, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed package. An unclaimed package is not the same as a returned package, and for this reason we will charge a €10 processing fee.
7. GUARANTEE, LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, AND COMPLAINTS
The customer is obliged to read the washing and/or care instructions supplied with the product before using the product. Agtuvi Oy reserves the right to verify the defects in the products.
Complaints are processed in writing. A free-form complaint can be submitted by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Enclose with the email a description of the case, your contact details,the purchase place of the product, and a photograph of the product and its size label.
Settlement of disputes and jurisdiction: Any disputes will be settled by the district court of Agtuvi Oy’s domicile. Representation fees are not compensated for because the Consumer Advisory Services and Consumer Disputes Board offer free assistance in the settling of disputes.
8. PRODUCT AND SERVICE LIABILITY
Products and services are always sold as is. Product defect liability is limited to the sales price minus the use performance.
Agtuvi Oy shall not be obliged to fulfil the contract if it encounters a force majeure that it cannot reasonably overcome. Agtuvi Oy shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred to the customer in the event of force majeure and shall be entitled to cancel the contract.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Agtuvi Oy delivery terms.
